Allow the system to update
After completing payment, give the system time to update the violation status. The notice on the traffic service says this can take up to 15 minutes.
Do not submit a second payment
If the status does not change immediately, do not begin another payment. Keep the transaction reference or confirmation and check again after the update period.
Check the result again
Return to the official enquiry system using the same enquiry type and reference. Review the updated status and any message shown beside the violation.
- Confirm that the first transaction completed.
- Keep the transaction reference.
- Run the enquiry again after the update period instead of paying twice.
If the status still has not updated
If the issue continues after waiting, follow the support or review instructions displayed by the Ministry system. Do not send card information or verification codes through unofficial messages.
