For an individual enquiry, have the Civil ID or Unified Number ready. For a company enquiry, begin by selecting the Companies option in the official system.
- Do not enter a Civil ID or payment information on an information page.
- Confirm that the address is on moi.gov.kw before entering data.
- Use a reference that matches the selected enquiry type.
Choose the correct enquiry type
The traffic system provides two clear options: Individuals and Companies. Choosing the right category first presents the appropriate enquiry fields and avoids repeating the process.
Review the result status
The system can display violations as payable or non-payable online. Whether an online payment option appears depends on the type and current status of the violation.
