If the expected result does not appear
First review the enquiry type and the information entered. A result without an online payment option may still contain instructions that need to be followed in the Ministry system.
- Confirm that you selected the right category.
- Recheck the reference without sharing it outside the official system.
- Follow the message displayed with the violation result.
